We have specialized in the production of aluminium castings for almost 60 years and we are able to put our expertise at the service of each customer, whether it is a customized solution, complex realizations or very strict quality requirements.

Over the years, we have built the company around the concept of special and today, over time, for us this concept has become a daily work.

Slim thicknesses - Thin walls

We have always collaborated with the main car manufacturers in the area and this has allowed us to become increasingly specialized in extremely light components with minimum thicknesses, even less than 3 mm, while maintaining high mechanical characteristics.
This experience has proven to be useful and applicable in other sectors and has further elevated our quality level and that of the partners we collaborate with in seeking solutions at the limit of gravity casting.

Cast-In pipe

We are experts in castings with embedded pipes, coils, resistors and inserts.
In this type of application, managing the components in the right way is crucial because the value of the casting is added to that of the piping, where precision and control of the process must be impeccable to avoid any non-conformities.

We offer our customers the possibility to design together pipes and joints, in order to keep them anchored to the casting, and we also handle the purchase and storage of the necessary material, in order to optimize the entire process, improve the quality and contain the costs.

Complex Geometries

Thanks to resin sand technology, we are able to handle components with a large number of cores and create a wide variety of geometries, even with very tight dimensional tolerances.
The creation of components that involve preassembling of cores and hot structures is part of our daily production, as well as the creation of dies for straightening and controlling the castings

Large sizes

Over 50% of our production is characterized by pieces that exceed 50 kg and we can reach up to 1,000 kg of casting, with maximum dimensions that can reach 2,500x2,500x1,700 mm

Mechanical Properties

The preparation of the metal, the cooling of the casting, and the heat treatment are the basic elements for creating components with high mechanical characteristics.
Our process revolves precisely around the continuous study of these elements, in order to be able to meet the customer's requests with absolute reliability.
Thanks to our internal laboratory and reliable and qualified partners, we have thoroughly analyzed the processes in order to obtain mechanical strengths above the average declared by the material manufacturers.

Management process

Customers who rely on Fonderia Persicetana find a reference point for the entire process of realizing their projects. We therefore act as a single point of contact even for the steps that follow casting, following the processing and, if necessary, taking care of the purchase of custom flanges, pipes, and assemblies. We do all of this with the support of selected partner companies that work closely with us and allow us to provide a complete and accurate service.
