Having an internal core production department, equipped with 2 resin sand mixers with a capacity of 100 kg/h, allows us to create cavities, recesses, holes, composite geometries, and square shapes, as well as fully covering our needs and ensuring prompt and personalized service to the customer.

To produce components that require a better surface aesthetic appearance - for example for the design industry - we use the coremaking process for complete shaping with low-grade resin-sand, which gives the castings a reduced degree of roughness.
